Rashi Gadekar

Registered Psychotherapist

I work relationally, using the Conversational Model of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy having previously trained in CBT, Schema therapy, MI and EMDR.

The Conversational Model (CM) of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy is an evidence-based therapy for the treatment of people with complex presentations. Contemporary advances in the fields of trauma, memory, developmental theory, linguistics and neurophysiology are continually incorporated into the model.

Psychotherapists trained in the CM use this in-depth understanding of the impact of developmental history on the neurobiology of the brain, to hold the role of connection and relationship, central in the treatment process.
